Juan started Fit 4 Flight in January of 2020 while working in an office creating architectural floor plans. While it started as a pursuit for personal freedom, it evolved into a mission to elevate the health standard in the aviation industry once he noticed the impact he was making.
After working with Airline, Corporate, Cargo, Charter, CFIs, Students, Air EMS, Helicopter, and even AG pilots — Juan and the Fit 4 Flight team have developed a deep understanding of how to build a personal fitness program that's specifically built for the individual, regardless of career lane. I came in just hoping to lose 20 lbs. I dropped 40 in the first few months. Once I saw what small changes could do, I moved into phase 2 with bigger goals. This program genuinely changed my life.
